salam semua.....ade kawan2 yg mintak resepi mushroom soup..resepi ni bukanla aku reka sendiri...google saje..cuma ubahsuai kat mana2 yg patut je... rujukan mcm2, tp aku lbh suka cara mudah simple2 je..
bahan2
1 chicken breast..sikit jer nak...potong kecik2 halus2...
1 liter lebih (anggaran) air
1/2 bj bawang besar holland
1 kotak kecik heavy cream, aku bantai guna fresh milk 500g (mane nk cr heavy cream kt besut ni weh)
2 ketul chicken stock kiub knorr tu
fresh mushroom (button atau shitake..ikut suke..), tp aku guna button mushroom dlm tin lebihan buat pizza..hahah..potong halus2 kecik2 jugak..
1 cawan tepung gandum bancuh dgn sedikit air (nk guna tepung jagung pn blh tp aku guna gandum)
garam sikit je (chicken stock dh ade garam)
ajinomoto (kalau suke...)
cheese utk tabur dlm mgkuk masing2..(kalau suka la..cheese keping2 tu atau cheddar pun orite) - aku suke ltk mozaralla mase nk makan... blh tarik2..hahaha...
cara kerja:
- mskkan ayam, bawang holland dan air dlm periuk then rebus.... smp gelegak...
- kemudian masukkan 2 ketul kiub chicken stock.
- then, masukkan heavy cream atau susu segar td...kacau...
- agak2 nmpk cream/susu dh panas, kemudian blh trus masukkan cendawan...masak dlu skejap..
- then, blh la masukkan gandum yg dh di bancuh dgn air td..pastikan sentiasa kacau sbb gandum tu senang berketul...slalu kacau dan pastikan gandum hancur...klu ketul kecik2 tu tkpe blh dimaafkan...hihi.....kacau dgn api perlahan smp la kuah nmpk pekat....
- kemudian blh la ltk garam/aji
- cheese tu optional....blh tabur dlm mangkuk masing2..
tadaaaa...siap!..senang sgt...... kalau suami/anak2 tak suka susu (mcm suami aku), elakkan guna susu segar...susu segar bau nyer kuat sikit tp sedaaap la kan utk penggemar susu... blh ganti ngn heavy cream... kalau guna heavy cream, kurangkan gandum sbb heavy cream lbh pekat dr susu.. klu tkde choice jgk, kurangkan la guna susu..letakkk cikiiit je...boleh,no worries...
